What is Neelam Wellness

Neelam Wellness is a centralized community for cultivating the self with a holistic approach. Our mission is simple; by taking control of the mind, we can take control of our life.

We offer services such as live yoga classes, meditation workshops, and customized wellness guides tailored to specific needs. We focus on topics such as yoga, ayurveda, meditation, and mindfulness to help clients develop better habits and healthier lifestyles.

At Neelam Wellness we believe it is only when we are at our highest self, can we serve the world and fulfill our purpose. We, as complex human beings, deserve to experience our highest self and find this purpose.

Philosophy

The name Neelam comes from the historical Indo-Aryan languages of the Indian Subcontinent which means “Blue Sapphire”. The Blue Sapphire gemstone carries deep spiritual history in the Persian, Indian and Bhuddist and Christian cultures.

The blue sapphire symbolizes strong energy which includes protection against evil, connection with the universe and the opening of the third eye. The healing energy in this gemstone is said to provide inner peace, a path to enlightenment and a focused vision towards self fulfillment..
